  • Extension telemetry (optional): Anonymous tab switch counts, scroll distance, and session duration — only if you enable Smart Break Detection.
  • Intervention history: Whether you accepted or declined a wellness break suggestion.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not track the specific websites you visit.
  • We do not read your browsing history.
  • We do not access passwords, payment info, or personal communications.
  • We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for:

  • Providing personalized wellness insights and forecasts.
  • Tracking your voluntary check-ins and relaxation sessions.
  • Offering gentle break suggestions through the browser extension.
  • Maintaining and securing your account.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on secure servers using modern encryption (HTTPS/TLS in transit, AES at rest). We use MariaDB/MySQL hosted on Hostinger with industry-standard security practices.

5. Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketers. We only use:

  • DeepSeek API for AI chat responses (messages are not used to train models).
  • Unsplash for story images (no personal data is shared).

7. Chrome Extension Specifics

The Zenvira Companion browser extension:

  • Processes all break-detection logic locally on your device.
  • Only sends anonymized summaries to our server when you are signed in.
  • Does not execute remote code — all functionality is contained within the extension package.
  • Uses the narrowest permissions possible (optional permissions for advanced features).

We may update this policy as features evolve. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
